All online lessons are to be conducted using www.zoom.us live streaming tools.

You should have a zoom account ready. If you do not have one, create a new Zoom account.

For security & privacy concern, we recommend using a separate email account that do not contain sensitive personal data.

We recommend using a computer for a better experience but pretty much any device with access to Internet and Zoom works. 

We only accept payment via FPX transfer for the time being.

No, all transactions are to be made through www.musicpreneur.asia hence requiring an account to be setup. Furthermore, we need personal account information to issue official receipts for a more secure transaction.

An official receipt/proof of payment will be sent to your email address as provided upon account signup with musicpreneur.asia.

You would receive a WhatsApp message containing the Zoom link within 24-48 hours after transaction is completed through the website.
